I am a san diego nature and lifestyle photographer. My passion is to create portraits of people combining their essence and natural landscapes to create beautiful art. I take photos of nature as well and create beautiful fine art including landscapes. I would like to influence people with my art pieces to promote the idea of caring and healing of our planet.

I incorporate my love for nature and the planet, and my intention is to illuminate the true natural beauty in people.

​

Since i was young, I was very interested in art. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in Spanish Literature. I've ventured into different paths in life but art has always called me. Throughout my education, I continued to pursue art through painting, ceramics, and more recently in 2014 completed my photography degree. i continue to grow and do what i love the most.

It has been an honor to shoot in various events such as San Diego Police & Fire Championships and Parq San Diego, LT5K Fun Run, Del Mar Fair Switchfoot Concert and have been featured in magazines, such as the SD Voyager Magazine and sd photographers. Recently I became a Getty Images Contributor. and also we are now on etsy! recently opened an online art store there (TheArtsyChickShop). i also sell my art in society6, fine art america and zazzle. this website also has an artsy chick shop!

I seek to show your true self and capture the true art of photography, to show your essence, your natural beauty, to capture love.

 

what my goal is when meeting you for a portrait session is to capture you being you, in your natural state, giving you time to venture into your true self. i think it is so invaluable to record, to have a memory of, to stop time and capture it. The session gives us time to capture you enjoying nature and reconnecting. i do this with individuals, couples and families.

i do offer photo shoots for private and corporate events including for private small intimate weddings and offer 3+ hr packages.
